Good News Club® – The Good News Club is at the heart of CEF ministry. Clubs meet once a week during the school year in public schools, community centers, homes, churches and other locations. In June 2001 the U.S. Supreme Court decision confirmed the freedom of access to elementary public schools; therefore, CEF has after school Bible clubs in thousands of schools nationwide.

Alex Teaching in a 5-Day Club

5-Day Club® – During the summer back yard Bible clubs are held wherever children are….homes, parks, community centers etc. These week long clubs include games, songs, Bible lesson and missionary lesson. The Gospel is clearly presented in each club. These clubs are usually taught by our trained summer missionaries.

Party Clubs – We have Thanksgiving parties, Christmas parties, Valentines parties, Easter parties, Watermelon parties, Back to School parties…well you get the idea….any reason is a good one to get the children together and teach them about Jesus Christ. These one time events can be held in homes, churches, community centers etc. One pastor who held a  Christmas party said, “None of the kids who came to our Ultimate Christmas Party knew Jesus was part of the Christmas story!”

Pete sharing the Wordless Book at the Oakland County Fair

Fair Ministry – If you have been to the Oakland County fair in the past 40+ years, you might have seen CEF there in a small trailer or tent.  At the fair last year our summer missionaries and volunteers presented the gospel by using the Wordless Book, they also did face painting and balloon art. This is a highlight of our summer especially now as we are seeing adults bring their children to the CEF tent and telling us they came as a child and are glad we are still there.
